EMAIL & SMS MARKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Marko Lithium Energy Inc. (“Marko Lithium Energy“). By opting in to receive emails and SMS messages from Marko Lithium Energy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement“). Please read this Agreement carefully before subscribing to Marko Lithium Energy communications.

  4. No Lead Generation or Purchased Lists: Marko Lithium Energy does not accept SMS consent obtained from third-party lead generators, affiliate partners, or purchased contact lists, and all subscribers must directly opt-in through Marko Lithium Energy’s official platforms.

Message Frequency & Costs: Emails will be sent periodically based on promotions and updates, while SMS message frequency may vary depending on promotional campaigns and service notifications. Marko Lithium Energy does not charge for SMS messages; however, standard carrier text messages and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out & Unsubscribe: You may opt out at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email you receive or replying STOP to any SMS message, though you may still receive essential transactional or service-related communications if you are a customer.
Data Privacy & Security: At Marko Lithium Energy, we prioritize your privacy and comply with all applicable data protection laws. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except when necessary for service providers who assist in our marketing communications. All subscriber data is managed in accordance with industry best practices to ensure security and confidentiality. User Responsibilities: By subscribing to Marko Lithium Energy emails or SMS messages, you agree not to use our communications for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, to provide accurate contact information, and to immediately notify Marko Lithium Energy if you suspect unauthorized use of your email or phone number.
Service Availability & Disclaimers: Marko Lithium Energy does not guarantee uninterrupted service for email or SMS messaging due to carrier restrictions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, and is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered messages; all content provided in our messages is for informational and marketing purposes only.
Modifications & Updates: Marko Lithium Energy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of Marko Lithium Energy email and SMS services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
